Online Teaching Analysis
On the occasion of the announcement of the online teaching test results in the ninth grade, in order to make the teachers proceed more targeted review guidance, Anqing Foreign Language School's Junior High Department of the east campus held the analysis meeting regarding the online teaching test in Grade 9 at noon on 20th April in the joint classroom, which was presided over by Deputy Director Hu Sen with the Junior High Department.
First of all, Deputy Director Hu Sen conducted the overall analysis of the current situation of each subject, made homogeneous comparison, and stressed that the review should be planned and the work should be carried out in an orderly manner. In the meantime, he put forward specific requirements on the arrangement of effective homework and the implementation of double-professionally-titled classroom teaching during morning reading lessons.
Second of all, in combination with the characteristics of each subject, group leaders of each lesson preparation group grasped the course standard, paid attention to the double bases, and carefully analyzed the situation of each scaled score based on the online teaching test results. In addition, the lesson preparation group leaders understood the area and causes of losing scores, came up with measures to strengthen the implementation, and make up for the gaps to actively respond to and do a good job in excellent training and tutoring underachienvers as well as do a solid work for the upcoming Senior High School Entrance Examination.
Third of all, at the meeting, Deputy Director Wang Changliang emphasized that our teachers should achieve 'four cooperation' : to achieve the collaboration among teachers of the same subject; among teachers of various subjects; between teachers and students, and between subject teachers and head teachers so as to achieve win-win cooperation.
Finally, Director Li Ping stressed that the test result analysis should be clear and effective; Teachers were supposed to make overall arrangements and reasonable assignment on homework of all disciplines; Teaching and teaching evaluation should be stratified, segmented and individualized. What's more, the Junior High Department will still increase the supervision of the graduating classes in the later period, and lay emphasis on the teaching inspection work.
To conclude, the meeting dropped the curtain in a powerful deployment, and the teachers also expressed that they would mobilize their energy to lead the students to sprint for the Senior High School Entrance Examination to realize their dreams and create a brilliant future.
